1. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND

All Millia London gowns are made to order, handcrafted by our couture team, and created specifically for each client.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect purchase

• Choosing the wrong size

• Personal circumstances

• Event cancellations

Please ensure you read all product descriptions, size information, and production timelines before completing your purchase.

2. PRE-ORDER DEPOSITS

All pre-order deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Once production begins, materials and labour are allocated to your order, and your garment is created specifically for you.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS

Each gown is individually:

• Handcrafted

• Hand-dyed

• Made to order

As part of the artisanal process, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered faults.

Every gown is carefully quality-checked in our London studio prior to dispatch.

4. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every Millia London gown.

In the unlikely event that you believe your item is faulty:

1. Email enquiries@millialondon.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Include:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photographs or videos showing the fault

Our team will review and respond with next steps.

Please note:

Issues caused by wear, mishandling, storage, alterations by third parties, or damage after delivery are not considered manufacturing faults.
