Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

2. PRE-ORDERS & DEPOSITS
To place a pre-order, you may pay a 50% non-refundable deposit at checkout.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before shipping.
Production will not begin until the deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. REFUND POLICY
Millia London gowns are made to order, handcrafted and individually produced for each client.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect purchase
• Wrong size ordered
• Event cancellations or personal circumstances
Each gown is carefully quality-checked before dispatch.
Due to hand-crafting, slight variations are normal and not considered faults.
