PRODUCTION TIMES

All Millia London gowns are made to order. Our artisan design and couture production team hand-craft each piece with exceptional care.

Please allow 3–6 months for production.

For urgent or time-sensitive orders, please contact us. Rush orders may be available and may incur an additional fee.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed.

A signature and proof of identity are required upon delivery. Any person signing for the goods at the address counts as valid delivery.

A physical address is required for all deliveries.

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from Millia London are transported by an independent carrier (UPS).

Once ML Atelier Ltd transfers the goods to the carrier, risk of loss and title passes to you, the customer.
